How do I order?
When you find a piece you want to buy, you are welcome to contact me by e-mail, Instagram @by_annalinnea or by the contact form on the website under the section "Contact". Together we will agree on the details regarding delivery and payment.
Delivery prices
Under 100 cm painting (Finland): 60€
Over 100 cm painting (Finland): 100€
Rest of the world: 300€
What is an original painting?
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind artworks. An original painting has textured brush strokes and irregular and uneven paint on the edges. It has rich and vibrant colors, and overall, looks, feels and smells like an original.
Original painting or fine art print?
Fine art prints are created to be as close to the original artwork as possible. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind artworks while fine art prints are reproductions of the original artwork. Prints are less expensive while still being stunning, and a print can still hold and increase in value over time. A print is typically less expensive than an original painting because it is not a one-of-a-kind work and is generally mass produced.
Commissioned works
If you want to order a painting with your own request for motifs, colors, size etc., you are welcome to contact me by e-mail with your requests. Commissioned works will be paid for in two parts. First part as an initial fee and the rest in connection with the painting being delivered. The completion time for commissioned work is 1-3 months, depending on the situation.
Which payment methods are allowed?
MobilePay, cash or invoice. The prices do not include frames or delivery costs.
Is framing included in the artwork prices?
Framing is not included by default in the artwork price, but can be added to your order for an additional price.
Do I have to frame my Original Painting?
For the best result I usually recommend a frame for your painting. However it is you as a customer that decides what suits you and your style.
How about the delivery?
My studio is located in Malax, Finland, where you can collect your painting at no cost, usually within 2-4 days. In other cases I use Posti as delivery partner. On their website you can read more about prices and delivery times.
Return and refund policy
Works purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return. The right of return does not apply to custom-made works unless they show damage caused by transportation or other defects. Complaints will be sent to annabjorkl@icloud.com.
