How do I order?
- When you find a piece you want to buy, you can order and pay it directly in our webshop
- You are also welcome to contact us by e-mail or by the contact form on the website under the section "Contact"
- Enquiries can also be made on Instagram, @by_annalinnea
Commissioned works
- If you want to order a painting with your own request for motifs, colors, size etc., you are welcome to contact me by e-mail with your requests
- Commissioned works will be paid for in two parts. First part as an initial fee and the rest in connection with the painting being delivered
- The completion time for commissioned work is 1-2 months, depending on the situation
- Here are some examples of prices according to canvas size (other sizes can be arranged and framing is not included but can be added to your order as an additional price if desired):
Which payment methods are allowed?
- At the moment you can pay with PayPal or bank deposit in the webshop
- In case of pick up at the studio or local delivery you can also pay with MobilePay. MobilePay is not at the moment a possible payment method in the webshop
- All prices include VAT 10%. The prices do not include frames or delivery costs
- Commissioned works will be paid for in two parts. First part as an initial fee and the rest in connection with the painting being delivered
Is framing included in the artwork prices?
- Framing is not included by default in the artwork price, but can be added to your order for an additional price
Do I have to frame my Original Painting?
- For the best result we usually recommend a frame for your painting. However it is you as a customer that decides what suits you and your style
How about the delivery?
- My studio is located at Skolhusgatan 40, 65100 Vasa, Finland, where you can collect your painting at no cost, usually within 2-4 days
- We also offer local delivery of artworks over 50€. You can check which post-codes we deliver to in the delivery stage of the purchase process. The cost of this service is 20€ and we take good care in packaging the artwork to ensure its safety during transit
- In other cases we use Posti Shipping for delivery partner. On their website you can read more about prices and delivery times
Can I make changes to my order?
- Contact us as soon as possible and we will help in the best way possible
Return and refund policy
- Works purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return
- The right of return does not apply to custom-made works unless they show damage caused by transportation or other defects
- Complaints and returns will be sent to annabjorkl@icloud.com
